The HWCC Committee and Leaders are uncompensated volunteer homeowners with a mission to protect the mineral rights of our thousands of members and fellow homeowners by negotiating the best possible deal and lease. Currently our Area of Interest includes all of Watauga and North Richland Hills within the Graham Ranch Drill Site.
