Lease Signing FAQ
Signing meetings for all East Phase additions: You can come any time that is convenient to you and your family between these times.

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled meeting or have any further questions or concerns please contact Petrocasa Energy at (817) 820-0288 or via email at HWCC@Petrocasa.com. Astor Heights, Fox Hollow and North Park Estates contact Dale Property Services, L.L.C. at HWCC@dale-resources.com. Our website will be updated with any changes to the schedule. Please bring a photo ID, and if married, please have your spouse attend the meeting as well. If possible, please have your Social Security and mortgage papers indicating with whom your mortgage is with and their contact information available in order to complete the lease package. Chesapeake Energy has enlisted the leasing services of Petrocasa Energy and Dale Property Services, L.L.C. to handle the leasing of the HWCC East Phase. Petrocasa Energy will be signing all homeowners north of Chapman Road and Dale Property Services, L.L.C. will be signing all homeowners south of Chapman Road. Each homeowner will meet one-on-one with a landman, from either Dale Property Services, L.L.C. or Petrocasa Energy depending where your property is located in Watauga and North Richland Hills. The landman will assist you in the signing of the documents. Most lease documents will be prepared in advance, so this should expedite the signing. At this time, everyone in the East Phase is eligible to sign our negotiated lease. Please remember the landman that is assisting you from either Dale Property Services, L.L.C. or Petrocasa Energy has many years of experience in the leasing of mineral rights and they will be able to answer your questions or concerns about the leasing process.
